Description:	If you are willing to discuss any appropriate topic and are not afraid of hearing dissenting opinions, then this is the place for you. We seek greater understanding of the world we live in and actively encourage diverse points of view. We welcome members from all nations, religious persuasions, and political ideologies. In this club, we expect members to follow GameKnot rules, treat each other with respect, and argue with rationality, logic, and data. Be prepared to have others challenge your beliefs. Be prepared to defend your ideas...no one gets a free ride! No one will be banned for dissenting political, religious, ideological, social, or personal opinions. Because we discuss contentious issues, it is very likely that tempers will get hot and feathers ruffled. If you have a complaint or concern, we respectfully ask that you inform 1A staff (the founder or any moderator) before filing a report with GameKnot. With freedom comes great responsibility. The First Amendment Club prohibits members from placing moderators on their ignore list as the running of the club occasionally requires us to send private messages to members. You may request that moderators do not send personal (non-club business) private messages to you. We will abide by such requests. Bill of Rights Amendment I Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
